How we do it

We conduct several kinds of research depends on the research questions and research design that best suit such questions. Our approach have a number of steps:
Descriptive
That would be the case when we try to accurately describe phenomena. Whether using qualitative techniques such focus groups, structured interviews or observational studies, or performing the first stage of quantitative analysis.

Analytical
Which takes the descriptive research stages further by seeking to explain why a particular phenomenon is happening. For example, what factors might account for the high turn over of a particular public sector job role.

Predictive
When we seek to forecast the likelihood changes to phenomenon given set of assumption. For example, would introducing scholarship to a particular degree course reduce the drop out rate?

We use various methods for conducting our research depends on the project and the approach we apply. Typical methods would include surveys, interviews, historical data analysis, and case studies.
We are highly experienced on the quantitative side which allow us to tackle different research questions with a flexible and accurate approach.
